yeah yeah, very different timing for either oven..

usually I use spring chicken coz smaller and easier to cook thoroughly..
marinate over with sesame oil for fragrance, soy sauce for flavour, rub with dark soy sauce to brown skin, spices like clives etc for that extra fragrance punch..

I find using foil wrap around season chicken and grill over charcoal is :thumbsup: use to do that during school time whenever have charlet.:lovegrin:

dont have..you have to spread the spring chicken in order to get it cook evenly..but try not to over cook, else the breast meat will not be juicy and too dry..cant remember how long to grill already...30-45min?

spread the chicken open while grilling it...
make sure you got some skewers to keep the chicken in place..
