Since i post this on other thread, i might as well post here too.

How to make steam Dang Dang. (hongkong style steam egg with milk)

1 egg york
20oz of fresh milk
honey or red bean
alumium foil

Mix one egg york with 20oz of milk stir and mix, pour into small bowl and cover with aluminum foil, steam for 15 min. Once ready just add honey to serve.

Will not be cooking nasi lemak at the moment, my mom having cough and a bit high blood pressure. Will keep you inform if i cook that again.:thumbsup:


But if you really like to have a good one, go to blk 6 tanjong pagar plaze market, the nasi lemak is much better than mine. The stall next to a vegetarian stall is the best with the rice green. The drum stick is also shiok but must go before 11.30am if not very long Q and usually end(sold out) at 1-2pm.
