Had loh mee for breakfast with lot of broccoli. And end with the usual kopi & biscuit treat.

Feel like making lamb chop with mint sauce later....but the 2kilos gained weight really put all the appetite on hold. Damned !;(

do it through healthy dieting and exercising, keep a simple exercise regime of 1 hour every 3 days if you don't have one to begin with, and have patience. the benefits will follow for a long time to come compared to 'instant' solutions from pills and such

last night went for jogging.
This morning having kopi and curry puff -___-
lousy mood today.. so better pamper myself with good food
