A tyrant is a person who governs oppressively, unjustly and arbitrarily.

In other words, Wee Shu Min said that our leaders are not fit for office.

Mmm.. I think this is reading it too literally. IIRC this exact phrase was extracted from a famous literature novel, but the title escapes me(been on CS too much and reading too little). I do remember that it meant the power rests with the capable and the clever whereas "the rest" are simply servants of the powers that be. You're only partly right.

I think defamation is totally off tangent though. 'Tyrant' in this circumstance is an allusion to what I've described above, rather than used in the literal context.
