400mb, at $12.99 payment of yearly.

IT Works Interactive Web hosting. I used their services before, and personally think that their technical support is very good, and I hardly face any down-time when I was with them. It may cost slightly more, but I suppose you would want something stable and reliable than something that has lots of down-time and cheap rates.
