WANTED: Photographer for 2hr shooting

I am looking for a photographer who has experience in taking super wide angle photos as I am arranging a photo shoot for my company which includes about 45 staff and 15 vehicles (8 medium vans and 7 big trucks)

Location: East Coast Park
Time : 8 am - 10 am, September 19th 2015
Price : Free to quote
Specific requirements: would be much appreciated if you can show me your portfolio, (esp. those on events and group shots). Also please advise how many shots needed to take during the 2 hour session (from 8 am - 10 am). What equipments would be used including lens, body, lightening..etc. We do need the photographer to do the photo touch-up as well.

I will use Nikon D610 FX Body with 14-24mm Nikor FX lens.

For two hour session 8 photos and select the best shot.

Which location of east coast park would you like to setup the shooting?

I'm prefer 7 to 9am was better exposure for group shoot.
