It's definitly possible to remove the mount. But putting it back is going to be tough by a layman. Some of the lenses adapter is fixed on to the helicord, which is very difficult to put it back once it is out (like the 40mm/f1.4). Others are just like a mount, which is easily taken out. I would suggest to leave it to the technician to do handle the encoding.I see screws on the mount and you recently went for training in Cosina. Is it possible/easy to remove mount so can machine recesses for coding for M8?;p

No new release yet... The silver 35/f1.2 is the last new release. Really in limited number. Only 200 are made. Will be available in August.chiif
