I bought the L plate for ep3 and sold the body eventually. now I got an expensive paper weight
I learnt my lesson
bought Oly grip for$360 plus wimberly generic plate instead
I must say the RRS grip is solidly made tho

Same here. Almost pulled the trigger on the RRS L plate. It looks so sexy! =P After much thought, bought a Sunwayfoto generic L-plate for film cameras. Not too big, can be adjusted to allow remote cable to be plugged in when mounted on a tripod and can be used with other cams. Need to file down the flange, tho, so that the rear display closes properly.

I ordered 2 for both my Silver and black Omd. However sold off my silver Omd before the screen protector came. If you interested in the screen protector and don't want to wait one week for it, pm me.

Have already sold the extra screen protector to a bro today. No more. But you can order online for a good quality screen protector. Only cost around 15.

im using a high sierra envoy bag, fits the camera including the 20mm and 45mm. i just used some portion of foam from may camera inserts to serve as the partition. nice bag, see sample photo below

Confirm have the hot shoe protector attached to it. Check your box to see if it has fallen off? If not, can easily get a replacement I think.

Just got the black RSS Grip for my black omd... Really satisfied and like it alot!!!

Am also on the lookout for a decent neck/sling strap for the item, with the aim to remove the right D lug (it's really eating into my fingers).

While I see that the typical solution is to use normal D rings and/or a lanyard strap, I wonder if the lanyard is sturdy enough to withstand the weight/tugs at the camera. Similarly, for those that are using normal D rings, does the ring get in the way?

I tried capturing kids indoor, can kids move around real fast. thus images became blur.
I tried changing to faster shutter speed but becomes underexposed.

I do not use a flash. mounted a panasonic 25mm f1.4.

if i do not adjust ISO, is flash the only solution left for me?

if yes, any flash to recommend?
