Grip arrived and delivered to shops this morning, price is around SGD320.

managed to snag a battery grip from Alan Photo. they say only one unit arrived this afternoon and that's what i got.
Cathay Photo in Peninsula also has the grip in stock but at $398, so i looked elsewhere.

Since it is in SG, dun think I will buy in HK. Save the space for HK and Taiwan food.

depends on when you need the grip. only CP has stocks left from the initial delivery (which seems to be a very small batch), but at a premium. no word yet on when there'll be normal supply. some say mid-May.
the box is small. i would say about 1/3 of the OMD kit box.

TK said havent arrived yet and that was today.

In any case, bad thing about grip is that battery compartment is blocked, and the base is a little thicker than I remembered it. However, I like the way it goes on, which is a tool-less method which I appreciate. I though need to get a key or screw to put it on.

I refuse to wait any longer and went ahead to order the BLN-1, GS-4, EP-11 all from Amazon JP. Hopefully it arrives next week.
