"Underwater Clubsnap Shop for Equipment and Expendables Day". since we don't shop for equipment nor expendables for our meetings... (other than food, but that's called perishables instead), i suggest a change from SEED, to

EAT - Eat And Talk
CCS - Chit Chat Session

it has been quite fixed as our usual meeting place. always change place very troublesome. that area cheap drinks cheap food aircon and 24 hours (rite?)

unless you have better place to recommend which suits the majority.
