Upstrap - Lousy Customer Service

Tried to order the strap but they do not ship directly to Singapore.
So I used Vpost. They took my order but cancelled it subsequently without informing me.
When I tried to contact them again, no reply from them.

These people are just not interested to do business.

Something it is not they that don't want to do your business. Just that the item you want is in backorder, so they have no choice but to cancel your order. This is very common if you purchase items from foreign countries, especially the US.

BTDT... it was advertised on Luminous Landscape some time last yr (i posted the link b4). mailed them, and was brushed off quite cavalierly by the supposed owner of Upstrap... shesshh.... :sticktong

Their list of countries in their ordering list does not include Singapore.
I've actually emailed them before if they offer any discount for bulk purchase and if they ship to Singapore, they plainly say NO.
So I used Vpost to order. They accepted my order at first but later just cancelled it without any reason.

Sucks!

I'll just save the money and use other straps.

their straps not cheap also... think no point lah... your money will be well spent elsewhere...
