Do you have any shots documenting unique Singapore phenomenons? With the amount of clicking going on, I am sure there is a treasure trove of strange behaviors, inanimate objects, rituals, etc.

My first contribution:

Public toilet advertising

Found this in a coffeeshop toilet at Kelantan Lane. Low budget way of reaching the masses? I travel quite a bit and have never seen public toilets being used as platforms for advertising, politicking, artistry and declaration of love. Do some people carry permanent markers everywhere they go? Just in case they decide to make a statement?

Maybe I don't spend so much time in coffeeshop toilets anymore. But I remember there used to be a whole lot more political attacks on the ruling government. Is this a sign of the times? Have we become more capitalists and more apolitical? Food for thought the next time you take a squat.

In Singapore and in any part of the world, there is no easy loan or $$$. Everything have to work hard for it.

My cameras are cheap stuff... if I'm caught graffiti on the walls, I might have to pay fine, which is much more than cost of my cameras!
