Unicell International Pte Ltd in Sim Lim Square not honouring their warranty

Hoping that Sim Lim Sqaure's shops are trustworthy as those in Funan Centre, I went there to purchase batteries and a charger for my camera from Unicell. Both batteries failed at the first instance of use! As there is a 1 month warranty, I went back for an exchange. The cashier refused on grounds that I over charged the battery. My logic is that I bought the charger and battery from them and the charger is not supposed to over charge!

Just google yr favourite shop names and see where they've moved

Excelsior, Plaza Sing, Raffles City, Bugis Junction, etc.
