Makes more sense if it happens in a sec sch or JC. There shouldnt have such assignments for tietiary education (sounded like a compo).
You happen to be a teacher? Seems like this is extracted from one of your student. If so, do take note of the behaviour of this student. Seems like he is writing this out of frustrations and anger.
