I've tried to look at the Buy/Sell forum. However it's for Nikon mount.

Did you use filter? The flares are bad.

Seems like lens very dirty. You can even see black dots in the night sky near the left edge of the photo...

Haida filters. If you're on a tight budget I'd recommend getting them from Taobao

This version 2 is slightly smaller than the first and I feel is not as sturdy as the 1st version though it has a built in motor. Some photos taken with this 2nd version.

Frankly speaking I think the older version will be fine. The newer version had a inbuilt motor so that the lens can AF using entry-level Nikon DSLR... but that would not concern you because 7100 had its own inbuilt AF motor.
