The #4 is indeed very good for such situations, I used to bring 3 sets to overseas birding.

Nice shot Dave...I was a little disoriented at first as still not used to seeing you two here in a different forum..and in daylight! ...haha. Too bad I can't join in this session again. Busy these days. My K-R sitting in the drybox very lonely except for the occasional battery charge up!
