Hi Desmond,

To achieve such dreamy effect, you need to capture it with longer exposure; eg: 10sec or more and a sturdy tripod is a must together with a shutter release if ur exposure is more than 30sec (bulb mode) or a built in timer if ur exposure is lesser than 30sec.

You can also achieve this at daytime where it is essential to have a Neutral Density filter to achieve longer exposure.

During blue hour, ND is not needed.

Actually, it is quite prominent. It's just on the other side of where the HDBs are.

yah, there's construction to the side. If you're taking the MRT, do go up the LRT and you can see it from there. There's however some "binds" covering the view now.
