Hi Virgo, yes, it is fenced up. Has been fenced up for quite some time already, there might be a way but note that you might be considered as trepassing on state-owned land as there is a sign there stating explicitly that trepassers will be prosecuted, blah, you know, the usual line.

True, but as a portrait photographer, I would like my subjects to get closer to the house rather than just the entire building structure. You know what I mean...
