Mourinho calm over injuries:
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is confident Didier Drogba and Michael Ballack will be fit to face United in Sunday's Premiership blockbuster at Old Trafford.

The Ivorian striker and German midfielder picked up an ankle knock and a gashed calf respectively in the Blues' Champions League defeat to Werder Bremen.

However, Mourinho said after the game: "Ballack's injury is nothing special. It is just pain. The opposing player put his studs on his muscle and it is just painful.

"Didier is the same. He has a pain in the ankle, but it is nothing serious. Normally, he will be fit enough for Sunday."

Mourinho again. I wonder what he will say if Chelsea lose the match.

Kenyon's bold claim:
United Are History
Peter Kenyon last night told Manchester United that Chelsea represent the future - and will take over the football world by 2014. But while Kenyon admitted United's history still gave them an advantage over the Premiership champions, he promised that the status quo would change as the Chelsea revolution bore global fruit. Kenyon said: "Manchester United was built around heritage. We didn't have that, that meant our history started recently and it was about creating a heritage. Chelsea as a football club and a brand is more dynamic, more relevant. We certainly haven't overtaken United yet. Their fan base is bigger than ours, some seven million, and their historical success is bigger. We will be the No.1 club in football, in the world, by 2014."

Ahead of Sunday's top of the table clash, Gary Neville claims United have found the consistency that can see them push Chelsea all the way for the Premiership title this season.

Didier Drogba, who has trained despite carrying an ankle injury, hopes Sunday brings a repeat of last May's 3-0 win over United - a game he claims was his best memory since moving to Chelsea.:sticktong

i cant stand mourinho and drogba. gives me impression they are damn full of themselves...

2 more mins to the big match! go man u!

1-1 draw. man u still ahead :)

Agreed 2 pts drop! wonder how long an we hang on to a 3 pts lead? Nvm hope that Bolton can force them to drop another 2 pts! then mayb we will have a 5pts lead from the Everton game?

actually i kind of expected man u to concede. but i feel wasted that we wasted a couple of chances and not to put in another 1 or 2 goals :(

Its a pity Man Utd couldn't keep possession for long in the second half. If they could hold onto the ball for longer periods maybe it may blunt Chelski's onslaught.
Chelsea really has depth in strength, they brought on Robben and Joe Cole as subs and all Man Utd could bring on were 2 donkeys.:(

Saha scored both goals.. hee..

Anyway his goal for man u was lovely..

what to do, chelsea is loaded mah....

ManU going after a striker in Jan 07 and the rumour mongers are having a field days. Here's one. I strongly believe that SAF is definitely looking for a striker as this is one area where we are short of cover when Saha and Solkjaer are injured. A defensive midfielder is also much needed.
