Man u unlike the rest is never a 1 man team!:sticktong

Obviously, we are not a 1-man team. Just look at how many players have contributed to our goal tally - 15! What about other teams?

Agreed!

The others they oni gt 1 or 2 when they r out of their team thats it game over!

While we got Goal scoring Striker, Midfielder n Defender the oni one yet to score is Van Der Sar....soon maybe:think:

Though Man U is not a one man team, Ronaldo does have attacking influence. I have seen 3 defenders crowding around him whenever he gets the ball. One on one, not even the best defender can mark him.

The scary part is when Rooney is firing on all cylinders. So with a combo of attackers the opponents have to crowd around the penalty box and this is respect and fear of Man U. Even the Liverpools will crowd their box but not the Arsenals and Chelskis.

It's not a good situation to be in, especially so when we need the crucial goal to make or break. Saw Peter Schmichael in such a situation before. Quite a desperate act, I should say. I hope EVDS doesn't have to resort to trying to score goals.

Talking about Arsenal and Chelski, I saw the first half of the match last nite and I noticed there was hardly any crosses from either team. They relied on short passes and the gunners' passes were damn good and slick in this aspect. So much different from Man U's way of playing. We rely alot on crosses.

Relying on crosses have been Man U's style all along......they seldom play short passes like the rest ... mayb crosses r faster to bring the ball into the oponents goal area more treatening?

Latest transfer rumour:

Despite the transfer window being closed, the tabloids continue to link United with a big-money summer swoop for Atletico Madrid captain Fernando Torres.

The Spanish international striker has long been painted as a target for Sir Alex Ferguson, and rumours emanating from Spain suggest that he could be set to leave La Liga in the summer.

Atletico sporting director Jesus Garcia Pitarch was quoting as saying: "To hold on to Fernando Torres, a product of the youth system seems virtually impossible."

As that long-running saga continues apace, so too does that of Cristiano Ronaldo. Despite United's repeated insistence that the winger is going nowhere, Europe's top clubs continue to voice their interest in him.

Real Madrid, Barcelona and Inter Milan have all been linked with the 22-year-old, but United insist no sale will take place at any price.

Another transfer rumour from Spain concerns Racing Santander centre-back Ezequiel Garay. On 20 February, the Daily Mail quoted the 20 year-old Argentinian as saying: "It's a real joy that a team as big as Manchester has noticed me."

Actually Man U game mixes crosses and passes. Sometimes opponents play 4 5 1 to curtail the passing game so choice gotta cross the balls. I am sure once Man U can get their passing game, most of their opponents will be dead tired after the game.

Now the focus is on Sat game at Anfield.

Wah lao Man Utd lay out their sleeping bags on the pitch after going 3-0 up .

Very typical of them to go easy after pumping in a few goals. They always shift to 3rd gear and that's where the opponents start to step on their accelerator. When will they ever learn?
