i feel we played terribly yesterday
whole team passing is horrible, always giving away possession.
again, the attackers didnt know what to do with the ball.
Lille was a much much much much MUCH better team.
Play ugly and win...I am happy :lovegrin:

Lucky Giggs and Rooney was alert. Lille resort to very rough tactics. Ronaldo got elbowed. Man Utd had to defend away in Euro and when Utd defend, its not a good thing. Man Utd's strength is attack.
Lille was a bit kuku as they did not know there is such a thing as a quick FK. They expect a wall but they did not realise that the ref did not make an effort to organise a wall. They should seen it coming but were caught out. I think their manager saw Thailand's antics. :bsmilie:

think they did not deserve to win manz.. out played by Fulham... really thanks to our goalie and the bar, if not.... really need to pull up their socks if not they will get a wanking by pools next week....

Probably true. He's having a great year. It's the same with other teams too though. For example, if Chelsea didn't have John Terry, they'd have trouble breaking the top four this year, even with all the other stars.

Uefa throws out Lille's protest against Man Utd's goal and charges the French club with improper behaviour.
I think Lille is embaressing themselves by complaining about the goal and saying that their behaviour is normal as this is what they do in the French league. The problem is that rules are the same wherever it is played! They're telling the world that they dun know of the quick freekick rule. Damn kuku, like amatures. Now they kenna charge by UEFA.
But the crowd trouble case will be heard on 22 next month. By then, Lille will be kicked out of CL by Man Utd!

Man Utd have 4 tough away games in a row. Quite unbelievable but its true. Now 2 down and next will be a trip to Reading than Anfield next weekend. Have to really fight and grind out results.
