Titanium M9

hahạ, j/k
With harder but lighter titanium cover plus new design at the grip, i guess Leica tries to target professional customers like photojournalists working in tough condition.

I don't think leica collectors will buy it.

at the rate of EUR22k? i dunno...

Steve Huff mentioned this Ti M9 is rumored to have a new way to display the frame lines. Do I detect a M9 upgrade coming? M9.2

Yea ...

No more Light gathering window for the framelines in the Ti m9

Look like this is no longer a Leica rumour.

I don't know this is good or bad, but the design is so modern plastic...the bright red acrylic dot...digital Leica simply lost the vintage look...no more illumination window...don't think old Leica fan can get use to it in the first look...

Limited edition digital Leica...wonder if their marketing can pull it off...:embrass:...I don't mine the Titanum built lens...but don't find this new look aesthetically appealing...:(

Red Frame lines ;p

A nice M9 unboxing video guaranteed to set your pulse racing. :)

I prefer the original M9.:) but the bag is interesting.

somehow the marketing video looks damn corny and hilarious to me ;p eps. when he is holding the cam shooting blindly.

smells like Louis Vitton

:( hyped up. not very happening looking in my opinion. The led frameline maybe good if they can have an optional live view rf patch that can be turn on or off for extreme lowlight shooting or to counter flare or even shooting in night vision mode ;)

Though not love at first sight, I don't mind its modern look after a while...the whole design plus the sling bag looks slick and cool. I like the red frame lines.

Looking at its price, I don't think I will ever have the chance to go near to try one...just curious if it has a different feel in any way operationally...maybe the way the titanium body is sealed differently makes the shutter even more smooth and whispering quiet? Is it heavier?

Initially I thought the new M9 is just going to be a mere change of skin or engravings like in the past, at least this time round I see a few new elements...including the price...is this set the most expensive ever?

For the diehard fans of the classic look and feel, maybe Leica will launch the MP10 (M10 + MP) ha ha...
