dual digic 3 pro, what does that do?processes images faster?

if 10mp and not ff, lidat i think 5d will still be better.

as for the dual processor. my best guess is pro1 will process the upper frame and pro2 will process the lower frame, thus having better control over noise. and dont forget it's 10fps and the buffer is huge, 110jpeg or 30 raw. and i believe it will retain a very useful feature of the 1dm2n, that is, it support dual memory slot which is a SD and CF slot. you can shoot jepg and raw together and it write each format onto each memory card individually, meaning you can allocate sd for raw and cf for jpeg or vice versa, alot of difference from your d200 except the pixel count of cos. if you want higher count and ff i guess you have to go for 5d or the 1dsm2. a

If you really want to buy Canon, then get the 5D lah, so far the best colour and tonal details.. Then buy 50/1.0L, 85/1.2L, 200/2L.

If not just stick with Nikon and use your 105DC lens. If you think it's still too sharp, then slap on a Nikon Soft1. Use aggressive noise reduction until details start to disappear.. Sure better than Canon.
