No, please wait until the closing of the MO before transferring funds, just in case should anyone back out from the MO or remove some items from his/her order.

I have forgotten that I won't be around from 19/10-21/10 and it will takes some time for you guys to transfer the money. Therefore, I will like to push forward the MO closing date by one day (by 2359 on 17/10). You guys will have 18/10 to make the transfer and I will make the online order before 2359 on the same day.
