AFD 80-200 is still around.

if getting them, better need to have grip so that cam can motor it faster. thus, will be heavier.

Push-pull is not AF-S I think, should be AF-D so not that rare. You plan on selling?

there are 3 versions of AFD 80-200 f2.8

2 of them are the push-pull type. and then one of them is 2 rings type.
