Found out that RAW Therapee is the program to use to get a totally uncropped Toy Fisheye shot.
LR, Silkypix, Picasa all open the RAW file with a reset crop of a shot taken with the Toy Fisheye.
Those using Q7+fisheye and auto EV bracketing, do note that there is a bug in the firmware when using it in this way.
All 3 exposures are auto cropped differently, making hdr/blending not possible.
The usage of RAW Therapee resolves this.
Else shoot each exposure individually.
No such problems with 01 and 02 lenses.

To me, this IS the best street camera!
Just love the pns form factor, fast AF and f1.9 'normal' 01 lens FOV.

Ah, it's a pity Pentax doesn't sell a Q 01 kit here or at least the body only... I'm only interested in the standard lens.
If u r interested in ordering from Japan, can let me know & if it's worth it, can share the postage. I'm kinda giving up looking for a 06 lens here

You mean the local shop not willing to order in for 06 lens?
Sorry , wasn't clear. Looking in B n S. But probably will drop by T K in a while if I can't find any. Any recommendations of shops u may be familiar with ? Thank u

The usual places like OP, TK, SLRR, MS Color. Likewise, batteries and filters can be bought from any of the 4 shops too. Most who have the lenses like 01,02,06 and who have filters will not sell off separately. Same for batteries.

I got my 06 lens from sg camera store / peninsula. Can try there too
For me the Q is the best street camera around.
Small, portable, niffy and good FOV with the fast prime 01, experimental
To me, there just seems to be that 'care less' vibe to using than any other camera I've used.

JK, Tofu Master. Excellent shots.
I have been neglecting the camera for a bit. Time to whip it out again, especially during holiday season when you don't want to be carry too much stuff around, and just want to immerse yourself in the holiday spirit. Better still this camera packs a punch with the images it takes without weighing you down with barang-barang!
