lol..even if those bumps were to increase its aerodynamic capabilities, that lancer doesn't pack a punch with the power it has. all you need in singapore is a box with four wheels, with lotsa torque to jump away from a traffic light and good brakes to stop at the next light.. ;p

i only got 2 wheels and an engine capacity a fraction of your regular lancer. But I'm sure I can beat you to the next red light. :sticktong

it is to measure the aerodynamics.
the way the air flows along the body.

how much drag & stuff.
for scientific, lab test.

it does not help in performance.
