This thread is not about iLife 11. The thread name is "The Mac Thread (Apple related Stuff)", mobile stuff like iPhone also is included among the topics to discuss.

Talking about iLife is same as talking about iPhone and IOS.

I wonder anyone here is using Bootcamp to install
Windows7 and Photoshop ?

I know it can do done but I would like to know if you experience
any problems ie, drivers issue, sharing Hard disk, peripherals etc.

As the prices in US is rather attractive now, I am getting very
keen to try Windows7 in Macbook Pro.

Their screen and battery life is very attractive.
I seriously can't find an alternative in PC at the price range.....

hehs i downloaded my ilife 2011 ;)

hey not really its working fine for me !!

if anyone wants the program to try just let me know ;)

ilove the imovie trailer

IOS 4.2 is out.

http://www.apple.com/ios/

iOS 4.2 is a unification release. It finally brings the iPad up to speed, and it will hopefully stay that way from now on. The iPad is therefore getting all the features we know and enjoy on our iPhones, features such as: multitasking, a unified email inbox, Game Center and folders.

iPhone Features
1) FaceTime through SMS
2) Ringtone volume can now be adjusted for individual contacts in iOS 4.2.
3) Improvements to 3G Perfomance
4) AVRCP Audio/Video Remote Protocol for Bluetooth
5) Ability to Change Fonts in Notes App under the Settings
6) New Parental Controls
7) MIDI Support

Jailbreak
But what about the jailbreakers out there? Is iOS 4.2 safe for us? Well yes and no. It is possible to jailbreak your device, but Cydia still doesn’t work properly. So anyone that just wants to be able to download and install all your favorite tweaks and mods might want to stay away from this.

The Mac App Store is now available as a software update for any Mac running Mac OS X Snow Leopard.

I don't know if you guys notice this but Aperture is selling for USD$80 at the App Store. Go update your Snow Leopard to 10.6.6 and get the best deal in town. Makes me a little upset that I paid the full S$298 just about a month ago. But anyway, go for it! Cheers!

PS: Oh Sketchbook Pro is another awesome app to check out.
