Bro Zeckson Chow, you're really lucky! I was there for 2 days (Sat and Sun) but didn't even manage to catch a glimpse (Or should I say I never even know that she's there... sigh)

Me too! Sat and Sun as well!
Bad luck

I caught her on Fri.

GO DJ GO DJ

Woh... I don't know that Tokyo is so hot... ;)

Nice coverage on Tokyo and Design bro! :D

This round you go first la.. keep posting more pics of the event ok.. ;)

For my part.. errr.. not too sure if I am allowed checkto post the same pics in the closed thread here leh, guess I probably need to get clearance from the moderator first..

I am not in the mood to touch up and post any new pics in ClubSnap at the moment la..

Think I need to give thoughts to other priorities as well, I hv loads of backlog to clear leh.. comprising family photos and some other assignments..
I should be travelling to beijing & shanghai quite frequently in yr 2009 and 2010, also thinking of cutting down my involvements in CS and up my participation in Chinese photography sites like poco & pconline, part of the reason is to make it easier to get contacts of the models there.. haha..

Brother, sure. I will slowly post more of my shots up here. You can post your old pictures here also (those that were used in our previous thread).

Going Shanghai eh? Lots of nice looking girls there. I think you will have plenty of shooting opportunities when you are there, especially your given style of photography, so suited for the Chinese market. :)

But having said that, it doesn't mean that you are going to leave me alone here ah!

Okay, here is another 2 girls I met at the Suzuki motorbikes booth. New faces I guess cos I have not seen them before. Sorry, I didn't ask them their names...

Anyway, here they are, all direct out from my camera without post processing:

Kongo, great pictures. I like the way you compose your shots and the models are very spontaneous in front of your lens. You have excelled in your mission.

If I am not wrong, Commander Zec Bond is using the D80. What camera and lens did you use for your shots? Just curious what a skilled photographer will pick as his weapon of mass destruction. ;)

I can tell you, Kongo bro is using his "new toy" Canon EOS 5D Mk2 along with his Canon EF 85mm 1.2L. Now that is something! What is my small Nikon D80 with 18-55VR mean when compared to his stuff? "A small gun only" <<--- That's me. :p

I'll add another target here. Her name is Bytoei. This girl is absolutely crazy when it comes to party (of course she has to behave herself during the show). Super duper steady at drinking whiskey! I always got drunk first before her! And one more thing, she loves to dance close to you when she is "high" on liquor... Very fun girl to talk with if you know how to speak Thai.

Thanks Chef.. ;)

Like what Zec mentioned, I am using my new toy 5D mk2 with 85L for most of the shots, but you may notice that some of the above are taken with a wider angle lens, and that is a 35f1.4L.. ^^

Size doesnt matter in this case.. your skill matters much more..

For guys that think that your equipments isnt up to the mark to take good pics, hey, Zeckson went to the show with a naked Nikon D80, a 18-55VR and flashlight with diffuser and nothing else (gearwise). He didnt even bother to carry a camera bag. You really dont need top notch gears to take good pictures. In the right hand, a small gun can have the power of the mini pistol that Will Smith carry in the MIB series.. photography skill is what mattered most.
