The centre area of the track would be closed to the public and only those photographers that have emailed me and confirm their attendance would be allowed in the centre area. Media pass would be issued out facilitate that.
I would require a copy of the photos that each photographers have deem "presentatable to the general public"
I would only require the digital format of the pictures.
Pictures passed on to me may be post online in
www.inlinekaki.com(local skating forum) and
http://www.rollersports.org.sg (local roller sport organization)
The names and contact of the photographer would be clearly listed with the pictures that are posted online.
A few have enquired about the theme, type of shots and duration in which they need to be around. I hope this will answer some of those questions:
1) Photographers are free to come and leave as an when they feel like it as this is not a paid shoot and its not right for me to insist that you stay throughout the day. Some photographers may prefer to come in the morning and some later in the day. I hope to work something out regarding that.
2) There are no fix theme for this event, unlease your creativity and go wild!
Feel free to email me at
arcos@singnet.com.sg if you have any queries or to confirm your attendance
For those would like to confirm your attendance, could you please state the time in which you would be around to cover the event?
Thank you all for your support!
