I think it is C Mount but its in 1/2" format, so I think you can only get a circular image in the middle and the rest of the image will be black.

i use the ep2 mainly with the vf2.
i use manual focus fast lenses because of the dof control and shoot very often wide open.

the vf2 on ep2 makes manual focussing finally a reality. i could not achieve the same results with canon 5d2 or nikon d2x.

yeah it doesn't, at 1:1, gives a vignette effect and a soft cine effect. pretty much like lomo

To give a good idea about the coverage/performance of the Wollensak Raptar 17mm f2.7 c-lens, I took a shot of my book shelves, wide-open on tripod:

Image Circle @4:3 format

100% crop at centre

100% crop at edge


That pretty much sums up what one would get out of this tiny wollensak raptar 17mm lens. Any good, you be the judge
