Is it better to shoot in very dark place or in lighted place?

i tink depends on the theme ilsam wanted...
if too bright cannot see all the beautiful light tubes on the car...:think:

Its a 2.5hr show. If marina. Timing is 1230;1430 which both phoa cannot make it liao.

Vivo got 1:35pm and 2pm.
PS got 1:15.

I tink either Vivo or PS 1plus timing best for phoa.

Ok since got ppl for watching might as well put as an adhoc outing (not TS outing)
