i bought VCDs
DVD was $39.90
VCD was $34.90....discounted till $17.00 (grab hah)
lucky din buy at KL...
at KL speed, it was selling at
DVD : RM109
VCD: RM 99

I managed to get some sharp sharp portraits liao...
model is the same....
* Pentax Manual focus 50mm F1.4 @ F4
* shutter @ 1/100sec
* slave triggering a flash ( bounce ).
* no reflector , iso 100.
100% crop

* It is extremely difficult to focus when stopped down. It gets a little bit of time to get use to it. Furthermore, my 1D LCD screen cannot zoom in the picture and check if the captured image is sharp or not. All is by guesstimation only.
For those interested in using manual focus lens. try playing around with the aperture ring and feel the DOF. By doing so, you roughlly will know if your subject is sharp or not. You will not have time to adjust the focusing ring, so .... just move the camera back and forth to get focusing.
* The image will be even sharper if I stop down to F5.6. Then I need not to fight so hard to focus. However, I will be loosing the blur background. Therefore, I figure out that F4 is the best option.
We are practicing "self-feeding". Hence we are encouraging the baby to feed herself. For our elder daughter, it has been very successful , hence we are using the same method to train our younger ones.
By the age of 1.5 years old , my elder daughter is able to sit on a chair and finish her food before going down to play ( every meal-time ). I have been seeing so many mothers carrying a rice bowl and run after their child in the playground or food-court; this is the result of feeding the child ( the more you feed your child, the more your child is depending on you to feed her ).
You suffer now, you will suffer less later... :thumbsup:
