How to make a animated GIF with Imageready

1st,open up the images you want to use to make an animated gif
after that,click on the picture you want to be your 1ST FRAME

after selecting the image you want to be your 1st frame,click on the add layer button(boxed)

now,click on the picture you want to be on your 2nd frame
double click on the layer so you can move the picture
Move the 2nd pic onto the 1st pic.This will be the 2nd frame

align the pics properly
there's a timing at the bottom
change that timing and press play to see if you like it

remember to select GIF before saving
select save optimized as.. GIF
