nice hoot:D

I think its a good suggestion. Btw, I hold the money. So the excess after dinner I will consolidate. I tink we still need consensus from the rest.

actually this is a pretty good idea
but im not the 1 collecting the $;p
we can see how much there's left over after the payment then donate the rest:thumbsup:

Agreed :)

Attention Please Read

Hi guys, since the 100th outing dinner is approaching i thought i'd voice out a suggestion.

During the meeting at Funan MacDonalds, we agreed to donate the excess money collected for the dinner to Charitable Organizations.

Do you guys/gals have any in mind?

If not to make things easier, can i suggest we just donate the excess to PhotoAid. Since some of us, including Ronald will be down there the following day after the dinner. And Ronald is also the one collecting the money so far for the dinner right..? So will be easier that way?

Your thoughts?

It's like a merry go round....:bsmilie:
Suggested this before, not all the bros are in for it.

If that's the case, on the night itself, why dont we have a majority-wins vote?

These were mentioned in the past and become deaf ears.

do not be dishearten, if we make TS too regimental, with committee members and chairman to make decisions and members to start doing work, then I guess... lots of people will start to shy away. You have gone thru CONTAX CLUB, you should know very well.

On the other hand, if we do not have committee, then things are not able to move on as smoothly as they should have.

Let nature take its course...

At the end of the day, we should always look at what is our objective of being TangShooters.

that is to SHOOT !!! and after the shooting, we like and enjoy seeing each others work. As long as our objectives are met, rest is secondary. Just my personal opinion.

No more ImageReady in CS3 - VERY FRUSTRATING

AdamDuro - 04:29pm Apr 19, 2007 Pacific

Now I heard that Image ready was going by the wayside in CS3, but I didn't panic, since I figured most of the image slicing and web optimization features would just be integrated into Photoshop CS3. When I opened up Photoshop CS3 and found out this was not the case, again, I didn't panic because I figured the new and improved Fireworks/Photoshop integration would do the trick.

Then I fired up Fireworks, loaded up my PSD, and panicked. The PSD was all screwed up. None of the clipping layers were working, and even some layer styles did not transfer over exactly.

This is really frustrating me. I have had to fire up my old copy of ImageReady CS2 and use it.

I'm sorry, when it comes to slicing a design, ImageReady was the best. It's slice sets were genius. I dig fireworks, and have no problem using it, but if it's not going to read my PSD with our alterations, it's useless.

If anyone has any idea on how I can adjust my workflow to try and overcome this frustration, I'd appreciate it. Until I figure something out, I'll be using ImageReady CS2 for web graphic optimization.
