How Else We Can Help You
1. If you need your equipment urgently. Ask for Express Service
Costs an additional $40 for same day repair, additional $25 for repair done within 3 business day.
2. If it is inconvenient to visit us, we can arrange for pick up & delivery services
$8 for either pick up or delivery. $14 for pickup and delivery.
Note : Charges for picking and delivering printer/scanners/projectors differ, depending to size & weight.
3. For non-camera/video products, you can ask for on-site service at $65 per call. Costs does not include parts/service charges.
4. Express Service
For camera & camcorder, costs an additional $40 for same day repair.
For printer/scanner/all-in-one/projector, an additional of $25 for same day repair.
5. Courier Service (for camera/camcorder only)
If it is inconvenient to visit us, we can arrange for pick up & delivery. (see notes)
$8 for one way pickup, $14 for 2 way pickup.
