The answer is YES. 77mm limited ( Pentax ) is able to mount onto EOS body and use, no problem. The only thing you need to do is to remove the aperture lever if you are going to use this 77mm lens onto a full-frame body ( like 1D or 5D ). If you are going to use this 77mm with those 1.6factor body, then you need not remove the aperture lever.
I was poisoned last saturday also... by 1Dmk2. the iso noise at 800 is much much lower than my present body. but the cost is about double... :sweat:
hmm, weather it is Pentax, Canon or Nikon. It really makes no difference to me, a camera is still a camera. Still the 3 things to control ( aperture, shutter and flim speed ). What is most important is still the composition of the shot , the composition is the thing that makes all the difference between the shots, not the camera body.
