If u are reading this, no worries on the frequency of joining in TS outings. I believe that wat matters is the effort to join. It doesnt matter whether u join regularly or on every single outings by TS. Understanding the various commitments of everyone of us, it is pretty difficult for anyone to join in every outings. CS or TS doest pay for ur time and salary. It's the passion of photography which brings everyone together. I believe that there are TSers who join in outings once in a blue moon due to their busy schedules. However, wats most impt is tat there's new and valued added experiences gained thru each outing. As mentioned by some TSers, TS restrict non-TSers from joining model shoots on their first outing. This is to prevent anyone from exploiting the models and/or simply joining for the sake of getting model shoots. By joining in non-model shoots first, it'll enable more understanding between newbies and the senior TSers. TS outings are as equally FUN and experiences gaining as compared to model shoots.

Juz my 2 cents. Hope I din say anything wrong in my above statement as I'm actually not a photographer, but a FRIEND of TANGSHOOTERS :heart:

I think just join 1 outing to become TSer and can join TFCD is not a good thing, ppl may just want to ride on our TFCD sessions. I do not consider myself as a senior member since I only join in March this year and I only been to 1 TFCD so far LOL.

The council must decide what is the criteria to be eligible for TFCDs or maybe make private arrangements for TFCDs not posting in the open? Just a thought.

i ish totally agree w u. this is what i alway emphasize. some ppl just simply join 1 outing then aim for tfcd. never shoot them in beside tfcd shoot.

Errr left a few Jedis only leh, I think "Tribal Council" is more appropriate.

We have:

1) TFCD Council
2) BBB Council
3) Enrichment Programme Council
4) Macro Council
5) Landscape Council
6) Model Council
7) TCSS Council
etc....

But the "Tribal Council" will rule the above Councils, except Town Council.

Lately there's some comment want free TFCD join TS. I see quite a number of newcomers chiong the TFCD lately. Later they will be picky show ask for the photos of the TFCD before the shoot ,If not pretty they will no show. This will be unhealthy for TS as genuine TS will have no chance to shoot. MHO
