I think that we are heading towards a new direction. I guess that we need someone who will want to lead. I am not the leader kind. :sweat:

Hmm... As for the next 12 months, I also dun foresee myself of being an active member in TCSS. Since most of the activities (Eg: Night shoot; Model shoot; Event shoot, Macro shoot), PnS is not suitable for shooting.

Hence, I suggest a new Chairman :sweatsm:.

Who says PnS not suitable for all shoots? James can show u how. He shoot the whole countdown using PnS. Anyway, it's not the matter of wat camera u use, it's the person using it. Yes, I do agree that some cameras couldn't be able to do wat a SLR can but that really depends on wat u shoot and how u blend ya restrictions with the situations.

Lastly, not all leaders are the actual person that leads. If u want to talk about politics, we can discuss it further. Can give examples like Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and many others. Notice who are the leaders and who's actually leading the country? Rest my case.

If u still insist, then, we won't force u. It's ya call. And if u suggest that Falconite taking over, I second to that. But I will suggest u sitting in as Founder instead of Chairman when Falconite is the Chairman.

So sad I think you should stay, we are always behind you and very supporting Tang shooter. You had a great and wonderful Team and quite a number Of HEROS of Tang shooters, to gave up now at the spur of the moment is not a good decision. Hope you reconsider and gave it a serious thought. Tang shooters never leaves his man behind. We go through thick and thin and weather the big storm together.

I feel that the decision to quit Chairman role is a bad move for this group. I know exactly what you are feeling right now. Perhaps, appointing someone else to take up the role of secatary or operation manager will lighten up your responsibility a little bit.

After much thinking, I proposed that I stepped down from Chairman.
I nominate Falconite to be the next Chairman.
He can write and is able to express his thoughts in speech and paper.
In addition, he had a lot of ideas for TS.
The last but not the least, he is there at the founding of TS.

Though we only met once in the AGM Dinner. You have left a good impression to me.
It is a surprise that to hear your annoucement on stepping down. But what is your reason? No time to join the outings due to study or because of PnS camera? I believe these are not the reasons. I believe the members here are students and working individuals. Each holds the equipments to their likings and they had tried to find time to join the outings when time permits. Your reason of stepping down?

I agreed been a chairman is not easy. I used to be a secretary for a club, managing the club activities and coordinating is not easy. But been a chairman has the power to allocate jobs to willing and capable members to help to maintain the operations. He may not be able to manage each operations, at least oversee the operations been done. TangShooters had these capabilities.

So do take serious consideration on your decision. If you felt that your reasons valid, I will respect your decisions and accept what comes after that.

Qing Need not step down the Chairman position, Falconite can take My Assistant Chairman role. so this will allow Falc to take lead of Tangsshooter and do any marketing and events needed. COOL?
