Posting of images on online galleries such as Flikr n multiply are still subject to leeching by the public unless that gallery is made private.

yesh... always WATERMARK your photos to prevent leeching.

however, you are not bleaching any legality issues when u post photos on FB in the above-mentioned case regarding usage of photos non-commercially.
