TangShooters Family Day
Date: Sun, 28th December 2008
Venue: Sentosa, Tanjong Beach
Time: Go in after lunch, come out for dinner (food is important :bsmilie
Transport by Monorail/Bus: Alight at beach station and walk to tanjong beach, for those who dun wanna walk, can take the bus
Activities: Beach Volleyball, Soccer, Frisbee (if we have it), Tcss, Suntan, Swimming..etc

Admission fee: $3 per entry Maybe 1 person can go buy tickets for everyone as there is always a long queue den the others can find a place for lunch first

Important Note

1. NO SLR/DSLR
2. Compact camera okay
3. Invite ur gf/bf/family to come

Trip Details:
- Leave Changi jetty morning to Desaru about 70mins boat ride. $22 SGD for boat tix (2-way)
- Afternoon lunch at Desaru. Proceed to Desaru Fruit Farm, Ostrich Farm, animal farm and other areas of interest for photography.
- Evening, proceed to Desaru beach for sunset
- Head for dinner (probably seafood)
- Boat back to Changi after dinner

Estimated expenditure for boat tickets + farm entrance fees: $35

Monthly Abstract Shoot

Theme: Curves
Date: 3rd January 2009
Time: 1500hrs to 1800hrs
Location: Orchard Road (From Borders to Plaza Singapura)

Expectations:

Participants are expected to exercise their creativity and capture any shots that can be related to curves, exhibiting curves etc. No limits to creativity. A thread will be created and each participant will share 3 of their best shots. No prize, no rewards, but alot can be gained from abstract shooting.

This shoot is open to ALL (including non TSers).

The Singapore Flyer is currently closed due to a technical fault on 23 December 2008. NTUC Club assures all affected ticket holders that it is working closely with The Singapore Flyer and all tickets will be honoured once the Flyer is in operation.

All tickets expiring on 31 December 2008 have been automatically extended and will be valid till 30 June 2009.

Who is still holding the tickets .. maybe I can organise another trip if permitted .. :sweatsm: :sweat:
