Is there going to be a pre-outing discussion? I think it would be good

I think for the 100th, if it's going to involve the MAS, then we have to confirm beforehand how many ppl are attending and estimated cost. Have a name list as per normal outings, but minus the details save the date and time. Everyboday on the list has to confirm at least 1 week before the outing. Then details will be PMed to these people.

How does that sound? If it's going to include MAS, it's better that we do it this way to prevent any Cokins and Tian Yas from popping up? :bsmilie:
