TFCD Experience Part 2 - Royal Sporting Mania​

REGISTRATION CLOSED

Date : Sat, 16th Feb 08
Time : 0900hrs
Proposed Location : (Still open for suggestions)

(a) Punngol Marina (Simulates the green area)
(b) Macritchie Reservoir facing Island Country Club
(c)


Models will have 2 sets of apparels

1a. Golf : Polo T & pants with shoes. (No shoes)
1b. Golf: Polo T & skirt with shoes. (Got polo T, no golfing shoes and skirt)
2. Tennis : Polo T & skirt with shoes. (Got polo T and shoes no skirt)

Seems like skirt might require sourcing, please provide solutions if possible else will need to find sources. White shoes may be ok for golf rite?

Proposed required equipment/props: (please brainstorm here... I will discuss and filter accordingly)

Registration is closed for the above event. There are going to be a total of 3 female models. However 1 female model may not be able to make it coz she waiting for some overseas assignment confirmation. Another male model have been deployed as backup. Contingency plan as follows:

Plan 1: Female model can make it => Total 4 models, 3 female + 1 male.

Photographers to be divided into 4 groups. Each group assigned 15-20mins to shoot one model for one outfit. Change of costume after one round and allow 10mins for models to take a breather. Same routine of shoot for second outfit.

Plan 2: Female model cannot make it => Total 3 models, 2 female + 1 male.

Photographers to be divided into 3 groups. Each group assigned 15-20mins to shoot one model for one outfit. Change of costume after one round and allow 10mins for models to take a breather. Same routine of shoot for second outfit.

Great update! :thumbsup: Seems like you got most stuff planned! I don't have any props though. For golf stuff, I think bros DK and Michael will have? But I honestly think 15-20 mins per model per outfit a bit short. Possible to make it half an hour? I think we can forgo 1 of the golf outfits instead. Cos usually after you rotate the models, still need to look for shooting spot(s) then move there. By then, alot of time wasted already..

yeah, i took a bus pass the area 2 nights ago...people mountain people sea...very nice lighting at nite and very crowded...we should be ok cos all bring PNS only...

If what the models have in their wardrobe is not sufficient, maybe we could work out something to get the models an extra set of decent looking outfit suited for the theme? Perhaps shared by the 19 photogs or split 30-70 between models and photogs? :think: What do you guys think?

Bro, golf outfits can be the same as tennis one for ladies. As for the guy, he can wear similar kahki pants. We can provide golf equipments but for gloves, need to find out the hand sizes first so that we can prepare in advance. Need to meet up with the gals for it.

Bros, you guys may want to consider this abandor golf course " Seletar Base Golf Course" it situated near Jalan Kayu. It consist of 9 Holes, and maybe one of the hole can use it as shoot site. There few holes it just near the airplane runway...
