She claimed that we pointed finger at her, can see in the video clips she has been pointing her fingers whiles talking ? Can you trust her statement ?

Can we allow this foreigner to tarnish the reputation of Singapore while we are striving for a country with excellence in the service industry. ?

I hope the owner of the restaurant make a thorough
investigation and get to the bottom of this.

Where u got this statement from? I have doubts on the first point above. They only recorded the side where she pointing fingers, why don't they recorded the whole view? Are they so sure that their colleagues didn't point fingers as what she claim or they just wanna put flames on this lady since the video couldn't show the whole view?

Point 2 is meaningless, I do encounter singaporean and malaysian in the service industries with such bad attitude also. Especially singaporeans, they can just resign and leave after screwing up the customer cos they have plenty of job opportunities here compare to foreign talents.
