I LOVE over roasted chicken! Especially when I can marinade the outside with nais white wine and get a slightly sweet, crisp skin with a booteefool non-winey wine flavour because of the sugars from the wine!

SIGH! I wan bungalow beeg enuff so that I can have a dedicated brick and wood oven.
