Damn! Beautiful pictures....

This is one sweet lens...you really sold me on the quality. Every since I sold my 60mm Nikkor AFD 5 yrs ago...have been meaning to get back to shoting macro shots..your pictures and lens info are getting me all excited and eager to come back into macro fold again. What flash system did you use for this shots?

Use SB800 for all shots.

I recently got additional SB800s for Nikon CLS. so some shots done with 2 SB800s, one onboard D70 and another on Tripod, which is my standard gear now for outdoor insect macro.

qn:

are these photos straight out of the camera?

or was it post-processed in any stage?

looks very sharp and has much richer colours.

anyone know the price of this lens in cp?

Hi Cheesecake

Oh Yes, post-processing is part of the digital workflow. I do NOT have any standard post-processing workflow, but for the pics that are here, they can be generalise to the following which is done in PS:

- Levels (if needed)
- Color Balance (if needed)
- Brightness / Contrast (if needed)
- Saturation
- USM

i was thinking if these are straight out of the camera and from the lens, then it would be really unbelievable.
