tamrac bags

Hey guys, i'm interested to get a tamrac backpack, either the adventure 7 or 9..
wonder which shop carries a wide range of tamrac backpack including those 2 models,and offers great price..

would like to go down and try the bag..

Seems like Adventure 9 is out of stock in alot of shops.
Even the Plaza Sing shop is out of the bag.

I know next week MS Color is bringing 15 pieces in of that bag.

$150 for Adventure 7 is too ex. From the sticky thread, one can get it about $115-120. I think one CSer bought Adv 9 for about $165 locally.

I think I know which shop you are referring to. I went there for a Tamrac also, but the price give was way overprice. I did not even want to bother to bargain. Will check with TK Foto next.

I bought tamrac Adventure 9 from TK foto, $200, last Dec (2006). :thumbsup:

The shop in Plaza Sing is the authorised distributor/seller, but selling more expensive at that time when I called to enquire(can't remember by how much difference already). ;p

i bought mine from MSC at price much better than TK offer..and am not so call regular at msc..try call them or go there if is nearby...btw tamrac has up recently aX the bd...avoid k13 unless u cant find thing at elsewhere...150 for advanture 7?? haha...i sell them back at 120 la...

I've bought Tamrac from the Plaza Sing shop before. They offered the best prices amongst the shops I checked out then and the service was by far the best. They can actually give you a discount off the price tag - would go back to them if I wanted another Tamrac.

Would avoid K-13 if possible. Remember being quoted an inflated price and being subject to pressure tactics there.

Agree on that. My friend was given a pretty good price was his Tamrac Adventure Bagpack.

I called at noon too. No stock. Then at 530pm, Florence called me to tell me stock is in.
I would say, it is a good price. Much better than the other shops. Call and ask.

Last time when I called, most shops (including MS and cathay) had no stock or do not carry the model. And plaza sing was selling at $200++, so I just get from TK foto @ $200.
But they only had grey/black (wanted red/black) at that time.

looks like the price might drop now if so many other shops selling it already. ;p
