I'm not much of a flora aficionado but this pristine lotus was too hard to just walk past during my fruitless hunt for macro subjects around the pond next to KK Children's Hospital.

Changi Village - Glow of Dusk

This shot was taken minutes after the shot posted above, but it was shot on Velvia 50. I am still figuring the settings on the scanner after installing Vuescan which explains the slightly over-cooked colours. I will try to re-post this shot if I can get more natural colours in my 2nd run.
