Right, after some tip off, I went into Teberau City in Malaysia JB, found Mee Too on the 3rd floor, and talked to one of the more senior people. Asked to be given the best price he can give, and I'll buy on the spot if it's good.

Long story cut short, I bought a 88L and a 38L AIPO electronic dry cabinet for a bit more than the price of a 88L here in Singapore. They even arranged for a new set to be sent down to me, and also helped me cart the 2 dry cabinets down to my car to load it up.

They also offer to mail it over by DHL, or any other methods should I require.

Anyway I didn't remove the cardbox boxes, and just drove through the customs with little trouble. Only got stuck in Malaysia customs for 5 min because they thought I was exporting some goods. After showing them my charge slips, they let me through.

Strongly recommend getting from there if you want to save some money (over SGD$100 for me).

To save time on negotiating, just look for Flex (a young guy), and tell him you were recommended by Mr Chen who bought 2 dryboxes, and you just want the best price. Avoid the GM Zoe, who is a nice lady but her "best" prices are ALWAYS higher than what Flex offers me.

Able to PM the price? Thanks! ;)

Hi
Sorry. Where is Teberau City
Paiseh

:) the price I get is for 2 items, so the shop don't have to account to anyone else exactly how much discount is given. If you buy just 1 item, you may not get as good a price, but you can always try talking mentioning me since I did say I may direct some friends over if he can give them as good prices.
