Honestly, we wanted it to be a fun and easy going for participants as possible.
To ME, I guess what is Over-The-Top post (to ME hor!) is like changing day to night, swapping buildings or making a cityscape look like a field of flowers. These are examples only.
PP like lens correction, curves, contrast, colour etc all seem (to ME) like typical post kind of work and should be acceptable.
Using the ART or any kind of fun filters is already in-built into the features of the cameras, and I feel should be allowed.
I may or may not be on the list of judges (mystery list! ) so I can't say for certain what can or cannot do, but you have my personal opinions above.
If other Mods would like to chime in, please feel free.
